The Church MVMT is excited to present the 2016 Supernatural Conference in partnership with Grow Regional Conference.

 

This year’s conference will feature guest speakers such as Benny Perez and Chris Hodges with in-depth knowledge of growing and sustaining lifestyles, ministries, and churches that are marked by the supernatural power of God. The influential reach of our conference includes hundreds of churches and church leaders nationally and internationally each year.

The Supernatural Conference is directed towards pastors and church leaders and their teams. Every year, pastors, leaders, and influencers representing over 100 churches attend the Supernatural Conference. This year, we’ve also created a strategic partnership with the Assemblies of God and are expecting our largest conference attendance yet.

Vendor Details

All vendor booths will be located in the lobby of The Church LV. Each vendor will be provided with a 6-foot table and two chairs. All booths have access to wifi and electricity. Vendor placement is according to contract. The Supernatural Conference reserves the right to shift placement if necessary.

Vendor Etiquette

All signage and equipment must be contained inside your exhibit space. Courtesy to fellow exhibitors is very important. Keep all media sound at a courteous level. Do not display anything that blocks the view of the other exhibits. Your exhibit may exceed the height of the drapery, but may not extend outward of your designated space. If The Supernatural Conference determines that anything about your exhibit is not courteous to other exhibitors, you will be asked to make immediate changes. Someone needs to be at your vendor table during all conference times. The Church MVMT and Supernatural Conference are not responsible for items and equipment at vendor booth.

Set Up and Teardown

There are two available entrances that may be used on the west and east side of the building. You will be assigned a 15 minute drop off and pick up time. If you miss your allotted time slot you will be required to wait until a rescheduled time is scheduled. Set-up is Tuesday, October 4th (1PM – 3PM) and teardown is Friday, October 7th (9PM-10PM). The Supernatural Conference is not responsible for sending products and displays back.

Conference Access

All exhibit spaces come with 2 exhibitor badges. Those badges will be permitted to enter the conference area without charge. Conference fees must be paid separately any exhibitors that would like to attend the sessions. Parking is provided on both sides of the building for free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. You may not park in the covered parking areas. Any vehicles not in compliance will be towed per The Church MVMT shared parking agreement with surrounding businesses.

Sales Information

A complete inventory must be sent prior to the delivery of product or be included with product upon delivery. All product must be pre-priced or signs be sent with product. The Church LV will not be responsible for damages to items stored in our building/facilities. All sales should written directly to your ministry. You must provide your own cash box, change fund, and/or credit card machine. Your organization is responsible to processing of all cash, checks, and credit cards. Your organization must pack up all remaining product at the conclusion of the event and arrange pick up by 11PM on Friday, October 7th.
